What is an Independent Contractor?
Simply put, You are your own boss. You will file as such with the IRS as a 1099. You will be responsible for your own taxes. You will receive all necessary documentation to file takes every year.
How am I compensated?
You have the ability to earn as much as you'd like. You will see the opportunities and select accordingly. We have agents working now that are making between $300-$1500+ BIWEEKLY! Our contractors are paid on the 1st and the 15th each month.
What are the costs to get started?
Certification fees range from client to client. These fees are paid directly to Arise Virtual Solutions, not Black Lion Virtual Call Center. You will have to pay for a background check.
What are the other fees I will have to pay?
There are administrative fees that are required. The amount is $45. This fees pay for business costs, partner fees, bank fees, software upkeep, etc.

Black Lion Virtual Call Center will reimburse your first certification course fee as long as you maintain a commitment adherence (CA) of 90% or better during your first 60 days of serving after certification.

Black Lion Virtual Call Center will pay you $50 for each referral you send our way that meets the above CA criteria and 60 hours of service.
